"Raoul" 

Raoul was the child of a gallery owner. I did this of him when he was a year old. Later, when he was 6 they commissioned me to do his portrait in pencil. By then they called him "Unruly Raoul." He moved so fast I could hardly get a photo of him; it was almost a portrait of his shirt-tail.
