"Milk" 

In Greece we have goats in the High Mountains, at the base of Mt. Parnasos. When it's time to milk them, they're put into a compound fenced in by pine branches, wood, and anything available. I find great beauty in that happy chaos, in which human interaction with animal seemed so disorganized and natural.
